Funerals
A Civil Funeral is a ceremony based upon the wishes, beliefs and values of you, your family and your loved one.
As a Funeral Celebrant, I specialise in creating, writing and leading ceremonies that reflect the personality of your loved one . Working with your input, I create a ceremony that is both meaningful and memorable for everyone involved.
I listen carefully to your wishes to make sure that the ceremony is fitting and really captures the essence of the deceased with dignity and gratitude.
I am not affiliated to any particular religion and therefore the ceremony can be either non-religious or contain some religious elements - such as hymns, readings or prayers.
You may want to invite family and friends to take part in the ceremony by means of music, stories, readings and personal tributes. I will guide and support you all the way to create a unique and personalised funeral ceremony.
It's a unique and personal Celebration of Life - allowing family and friends to acknowledge a death, pay tribute to a life lived, and find comfort for the time to come.
Often, the ceremony takes place at a crematorium or non-religious burial site, but any other location can be chosen; for example, a chapel, an outdoor place, a venue that has been meaningful to the person who has died, or at home.
All options can be found below.
